Returns (20 Days)
At Susanna Blu, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Our 20-day return policy allows you to request a return within 20 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
We kindly ask that items be returned in their original packaging whenever possible. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@susannablu.com, providing your order number and the item you wish to return.
Once we receive your request, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address.
Please contact us before sending any items back to ensure your return is processed correctly.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For returns shipped from outside the European Union, any applicable customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are also the responsibility of the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For international returns, please clearly indicate "Returned Goods" on the customs documentation, following the return instructions provided.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items reach us safely, subject to applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Where required by law, return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items, including any necessary customs charges, will be covered by Susanna Blu.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color or style, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order.
This allows you to purchase your preferred item as quickly as possible, subject to availability.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
For consumers purchasing online within the European Union, our 20-day return policy extends the standard 14-day statutory withdrawal period.
You may withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason within 20 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, please notify us at info@susannablu.com within the applicable period.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your decision to withdraw.
You may inspect and try on the items as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and fit of the items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, we will inspect the items and notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
For returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.
For other returns accepted under our extended 20-day policy, refunds will normally be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
